Aveda x Nykaa was a chance find for me, I was in the city just for an evening. I wanted a balayage and have never gotten one before so I definitely had some concerns. But Huzaifa is an ABSOLUTE magician! He took about 20 minutes just talking to me and figuring out what exactly I am expecting, even when I didn't know clearly myself, and he took the time to patiently show references and see mine as well and come to a perfect conclusion. I roughly chose a chocolate caramel colour. He gave multiple tips on how to best maintain my hair. If he can turn my frizzy unhealthy hair to look like this, trust me, you're in the right hands with him. As per his suggestion, I got some basic hair treatments as well but never in my wildest dreams did I expect to be so satisfied with the end result. Shobha was extremely good with threading too, almost painless in contrast to some experiences I've had at other salons. Everyone was so welcoming and hospitable and the place is very hygienic. Only the Maps location has to be rectified, I took a while walking around the indicated location until I called to ask and the lady at the counter helpfully guided me to the Starbucks nearby as a landmark. I walked out of here feeling like a new woman altogether, and the service and their expertise made my day!!! Again, highly highly recommend Huzaifa for your hair colouring!
