I visited the store yesterday to buy a moisturizer.I asked for help coz I was not sure of which one to choose.Ms.Ashwinishowes me the options and very clearly explained the benefits of each one and helped me choose what I really wanted.And also she showed me the new perfume collections of nykaa though I told her I did not want to purchase as of now but still politely she said it's ok mam you can try and if you are impressed you can buy it next time.I took a bit of time to choose the moisturizer and though the store was a bit crowded she never hurried me.I had a very good shopping experience yesterday at Nykaa.
