On February 4th this year, After a long trip, I visited Lulu Mall Kochi while going back home and stopped by the Nykaa store just to pick up a lipstick, but I ended up buying much more😅 I purchased two lipsticks, lip gloss, and a cushion foundation. I usually don’t use foundation or concealer because I’m quite lazy, but this cushion foundation made my makeup routine so quick and easy, which I really loved. One of the staff members who assisted me was incredibly kind and made me feel very comfortable. Talking to her felt like talking to someone I already knew, almost like a friend. She patiently showed me multiple lipstick options that would suit my skin tone and helped me choose the perfect shades, without wasting any time..I ended up selecting lipsticks from both paese and Kay beauty, and I still love them so much that I would definitely repurchase them. The Kay beauty cushion foundation also suited my skin very well and made my makeup process effortless. The only small issue I noticed is that it oxidizes slightly after some time, but apart from that, it works really well for me. Overall, she did a perfect job, and I truly appreciate her help. I would definitely love to visit the store again the next time I’m in India.
