Visited the Nykaa store at Lulu Mall recently with my friend. She was feeling very insecure about her skin and was hesitant about trying lipsticks, thinking nothing would suit her. But the staff member, Jerry, handled the situation so kindly and patiently. She took the time to understand my friend’s preferences, showed her multiple shades without any rush, and kept encouraging her in a very respectful and positive way. Even when my friend got emotional, Jerry remained calm, supportive, and professional. Since she needed a lipstick for an important business trip, it really meant a lot that Jerry helped her feel confident. In the end, she happily purchased the lipstick and felt so much better about herself. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.
