Visiting Nykaa luxe is always great because of the experience and the high-quality items available. But above all, it's the staff - especially Krishna - who makes my experience better each time. He is really kind and understanding and has absolutely great knowledge about every product. He patiently listens and helps me find items within my budget. The other staff is also great. It's a must-visit store, especially if you love cosmetics and skincare!!!
