Exceptional International Customer Service! I was on a business trip to India from Israel and urgently needed to buy gifts for my daughter. Some items were hard to find anywhere else, but Vaishali from Nykaa Luxe (DLF Noida Sector 18) stepped in to help. She coordinated with me patiently via WhatsApp, traced all the items, and gave excellent consultations. Because I was traveling a long distance from North India and had only a one-hour window before my flight, Vaishali and her manager and colleague Anamika, went completely above and beyond—they specially opened the shop for me so I wouldn't miss the gifts or my flight. Anamika went far-fetched to ensure everything was ready and delivered seamlessly. Incredible dedication, professionalism, and kindness.
