Nykaa On Trend

Today, I visited Nykaa store - Brookfield Coimbatore and had a smooth and wonderful experience and thanks to Ms.Shahana she was so sweet and quite knowledgeable. She suggested and assisted throughout my makeup trial and helped me a lot. I use and my plan was to buy foundation, compact and concealer but Shahana suggested other more products which gave me idea to use that too and she made me to think “why don’t I add new products to my makeup?” And she was quite knowledgeable about the products and she explained in detail whether is it worth to invest in costly products. Thanks to Shahana for making my visit very pleasant and she made my day happy. Even my 2 year old toddler enjoyed a lot at store. The store is well organised and looks beautiful. I had such a wonderful experience at the Nykaa store today, all thanks to the sales associate who assisted me. What impressed me the most was that she didn’t try to sell products just for the sake of making a sale. Instead, she took the time to understand my skin concerns, explained each product clearly, and recommended only what was genuinely suitable for me. She was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and made the entire shopping experience comfortable and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who prioritizes helping the customer over simply marketing products. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly approach truly stood out.
