Not sure about Nykaa but I really appreciate their staff specifically Miss Neha. A very polite person who took great effort in assisting me. She kept her patience with us all along.Guided me well on my requirements. I went there to buy a lipstick and ended up buying a dozen++ products which are so worth and good.
