I visited Nykaa at Utkal Kanika Galleria Mall and that store is well maintained and all the staffs are very well behaved and specially sijal as she has good knowledge of products and very gentle. Must visit nykaa..... & the manager Sk Mozahid is fantastic too.
I have been coming here for over a year now and at this point, I refuse to buy any product without getting Suman’s opinion. She’s the sweetest soul and has taken the time to understand my preferences which are quite similar to hers. It is because of her that I can very confidently say that I’ve never had anything less than a 10/10 shopping experience at this Nykaa store! ❤️
