I visited Nykaa recently and was initially quite disappointed as a few items I was specifically looking for were out of stock. I was almost ready to leave the store in frustration. That’s when Ramya, one of the store executives, stepped in and completely turned my experience around. She patiently understood what I was looking for, suggested great alternatives, and kept encouraging me to explore similar options without giving up. Her persistence and positive attitude made a huge difference—I ended up finding some really good products thanks to her. What truly touched me was her sincerity. I even felt like tipping her for her amazing service, but she politely declined. So here I am, writing this review to express my gratitude. Ramya, thank you for your dedication and genuine effort.
