I went to Nykaa son trend and was assisted by a guy named Naveen Bahuguna . He explained the products to me very nicely and his behavior was excellent. While the rest of the staff were busy with their own work and didn’t really try to engage customers, Naveen stood out. He suggested many products with great knowledge and explained everything in detail. He is genuine, knowledgeable, and truly impressive in customer handling. Super happy with his service !👍👍👍
