Amazing store! I had a few nude lipsticks and foundations in my Nykaa online cart but wanted to swatch them in person to see if they suited my skin tone or looked washed out. Afsari (Team Member – Kharghar branch, Nykaa) helped me throughout the process and suggested many great options too — from lip liner + lipstick to lipstick + lip gloss combinations. She also helped me pick a foundation shade that matches my skin tone perfectly. Sohail did an amazing job as well by letting me know about a few great in-store deals that were even better than the online ones.
