I visited the Nykaa store at Westend Mall, Aundh, for the first time, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff is cordial, warm, and reassuring. As this was my first-ever experience buying cosmetics, I was looking for basic makeup that would give me a simple and graceful look. Aditi, who attended me, made the entire experience effortless. Instead of just showing products, she showed me how to apply them. She applied the makeup on one side of my face and guided me to do it on the other side. That’s when I realized that makeup can actually be simple and easy. Aditi is a natural teacher. Her patience and calm guidance made me confident about applying makeup on my own. She also suggested products suited to my budget, with no hard selling—just a genuine understanding of my requirements. I truly appreciate her patience and professionalism and would highly recommend this store, especially for first-time buyers.
