I’m giving a 5 Star and Writing this review for a specific employee at the Koregaon Park Nykaa store. Because I’m a business and corporate trainer by profession, I’m very attuned to customer service. It’s usually hard to impress me. However, Prajakta at the KP Nykaa store definitely impressed me with her professionalism, knowledge, dedication, and customer service over SEVERAL OCCASIONS. Examples: I called for a specific product because I couldn’t get to store in time. Over the call and pictures, Prajakta guided me for the product and was able to help me with additional products. She had the order packed and ready for my son to pick up. Over time, she writes and reminds me that there is a not-to-miss sale and politely asks if there’s anything she can help me with anything. Prajakta has been the main reason I still get this at Nykaa instead of going to Sephora at the mall. Sometimes the employee is THE BRAND AMBASSADOR!
