Loved the assistance by shehbaaz at the Nykaa store here. He was so understanding, no judgements, very calming response to everything because girls being girls, my sister and I had filled the counter with numerous products but he patiently made us try everything. Having dealt with enough sales people, he definitely left a mark (and no this is not a forced review!)
