I visited the Nykaa Panch Batti store on 20th November during the Pink Friday Sale, and I had another great experience. This time, I was helped by Neeraj Nagar. He was active, energetic, and completely tuned in to what I needed. What I liked most was how focused and attentive he was while guiding me through my product selections. Neeraj understands his customers well. He listens, he explains, and he keeps the client’s budget in mind. He also makes sure every possible discount from the company is applied, which honestly shows how sincerely he works. I live in Vidhyadhar Nagar, and even though there are Nykaa stores in VDN and Vaishali Nagar much closer to me, I still prefer coming all the way to the Panch Batti store. The comfort, trust, and experience Neeraj provides make the distance worth it. People like Neeraj make shopping easy and enjoyable. He’s doing excellent in his role, and I really appreciate his effort and attitude.

I was struggling to find the right foundation for my skin, and he patiently guided me through the entire process. What stood out was his focus on helping me choose the perfect match rather than rushing to sell something. He must have tried multiple shades and options on my face, each time explaining why it may or may not suit me. His politeness, patience, and solid product knowledge really showed. It honestly felt like he’s made for this profession. I walked out confident about my purchase, and a big part of that credit goes to Nanak. Wishing him all the best for his career.
