Nykaa Luxe

I visited Nykaa Luxe with my mom and sister, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was outstanding, especially Atanu and Gobindo. They were incredibly helpful and patient. Gobindo guided us through our entire purchase, even applying products on our faces so we could choose the best shades and find what truly suited us. Even though we arrived close to closing time, the staff never complained or rushed us. They patiently guided us through everything and stayed late because of us. I felt a little bad for keeping them, but I truly appreciate their patience and professionalism. I was surprisingly impressed with the store’s range. It’s solid, and hearing that new products are coming soon was exciting. I usually go to Sephora or SS Beauty, but if Nykaa continues expanding its brand selection, I may not need to visit anywhere else. Overall, I absolutely loved the experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great shopping environment. Highly recommend!
