I recently visited Nykaa at Avenue Mall, Howrah, and had a wonderful shopping experience. A staff member named Mohini was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She patiently guided us through different products, explained their features, and helped me find some great makeup items, including a K-beauty lipstick, a Huda Beauty concealer, and a Pixi blush. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave useful suggestions without being pushy. Her friendly attitude and excellent product knowledge made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is always room for improvement, but overall, I was very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend this store. 😊
The item we purchased turned out to be defective. But the team did not even hesitate a moment to replace the same, even after a considerable time had elapsed post the initial purchase. Hats off to their service !!
