I had such a wonderful experience at Nykaa Sarath City Mall that I had to share this. I was honestly a little hesitant at first, but one of the staff members - Swarna i guess, approached me so warmly and kindly sat me down. When I told her what I was looking for, before even suggesting anything new, she reassured me that she would redo my kajal and liner properly; assured me the best way to pick something that is to our liking is to first try it and she did it so quickly and perfectly! What truly amazed me was how she chose the exact right shades for me just by looking at my skin tone. No second guessing, no confusion — just pure expertise. OMG, I was so impressed! Everything was done in a jiffy, and I walked out feeling so confident and happy. Thank you for such genuine care and professionalism.
