Visited nallagandla Nykaa store in Hyderabad. Customer service was great. Staff was very friendly and helped pick the right products. Rajkumar a regular executive at Nyka has a great knowledge on products and helps pick the right products based on skin type and concerns. He is very patient. Entire staff is very courteous and helping. However one complaint is that the online discounts don't match the store discounts at all. Kindly have an option to apply similar online discounts even at the store. This way customers can quickly go and grab the products themselves instead of ordering online and waiting for the products to be delivered.
