Great experience of shopping at Nykaa for cosmetics. Shamsherbano was very helpful and patient in providing a demo of the different products suitable for my skin and also different price ranges. She was kind to explain the steps in detail and showing alternative products which would work for me. While not upselling, she also pointed some products which had good offers. Overall a great shopping experience and would highly recommend this store and the staff.
