I was assisted by Mohsin and Adwait at the Nykaa store, and I must say, they truly made my visit more than a delight! I’ve always been a regular at the Nykaa Luxe store in Phoenix Mall, Kurla, but the experience is made extra special by the amazing staff — especially Mohsin whom I know from Sugar days as he worked then with Sugar. He never fails to greet me with a warm smile. He’s always so helpful, patient, and genuinely interested in showing me the latest arrivals on the shelves, he's not about just selling a product but will tell you what is good and what isn't. His product recommendations are always bang, on point! A great value to Nykaa. And then there’s Adwait — an absolute star when it comes to makeup knowledge. From doing a precise patch test of the Charlotte Tilbury foundation to explaining undertones and other technical details, he really knows his craft inside out. Whether it’s foundation, lipsticks, or anything makeup-related, you just can’t go wrong with Adwait around. Very very sweet guy, super helpful, always ready to show u the best around. I’m honestly sad to know he’ll be moving to another outlet soon — Nykaa Kurla n me are truly going to miss such a wonderful, knowledgeable, and warm person. Thank you Nykaa for the great service!
