Nykaa On Trend

I just visited Nykaa Outlet in Chembur. What I needed was lipstick and I was told by Ms Khan Misbah that the particular item was out of stock and can help me to order it online. She helped me to download the App and also helped me to Place the order. Hats Off to her for helping me and also she kept asking whether I need any drinking water which was unbelievable. Awesome Hospitality. Keep up good work Misbah. God Bless You and Eid Mubarak.

Miss Akansha is by far the nicest and most efficient sales and support representative… ..manager I pray.. Since the many trips to your branch I ask for Akansha as she stands out with recognizable leadership qualities, knowledge and professional skills that truly promote NYKAA and your wow products. A customer returns to the same sales person (Akansha) because she has the unique talent that is constant, responsible and effective that attract customers to return and ofcourse receive good services.well done Akansha .. thank you NYKAA chembur
