I had recently visited to purchase my Estée Lauder double wear foundation and sales associate Altaf helped me out. Should say that he’s truly professional & one of the best at the Lavelle road store. He was highly patient and made sure I found the perfect shade match for me. His knowledge about the products and the extra effort he put to teach me the product application techniques is very appreciative! I would recommend anybody visiting to for ask for him. Also another sales associate named Ramya was kind enough to help me pick my YSL Libre perfume. Anything related YSL products she’s the one you need to look for. Overall both my purchase and experience was great. The staffs made sure of it!!
Was just passing by and walked in, Sinchana helped me pick out a concealer and she was very professional and nice. Explained really well about the makeup and uses. Would definetly visit again. I also would like to say I stay in Kalyan Nagar, and there’s a Nykaa on trend store 5 mins from my house. But I would 100% travel and come here as I was treated well here. To anyone reading this never go to Nykaa store in Kalyan Nagar, the employees are rude and horrible.
