Overall good experience, staff helped me pick the correct shades and makeup products from LOVETC brand. They are good and suitable for my skin ( as first time user). Only concern which I experienced - Staff checked the shades twice and packaging of the fresh products but the LOVETC glam stick is broken inside the packaging which I did not checked at the store as products are not opened considering the fresh products delivered to me. This disappointed me as the glam stick is not longer useful and could not be replaced.
