I had a Pleasant experience at Nykaa! ✨ The entire staff was equally warm, polite and helpful. Everyone was welcoming and cooperative, which made the overall customer experience really pleasant. A special mention to Sagar, who assisted me throughout my makeup experience. He was extremely patient, attentive, and professional, and genuinely took the time to understand what I wanted. He spent a good amount of time helping me with the makeup and explaining everything so nicely.
