I visited the store and Prajakta Gaikwad helped me lot in understanding the wide variety of products and choose the one thats appropriate for my skin. She holds a good knowledge about the products and looks like someone who love their job...she was polite, willing to help in every possible way. She even introduced me to some new products and I am very happy with how the products turned out for my skin. I would want her to be there whenever I visit the store. She is very sincere and helpful 😌 After 2 weeks I again visited the store, unfortunately she wasn't there on that day probably on leave. So Pramod Karwani helped me. He too is knowledgeable and polite. 😌 Because of these two good experiences that I had at Nyka store I now prefer to go to the stire rather than order online.
